One-day event where our YAT mentors from across 15 sectors visit our partnering schools to engage with the learners. The mentors share their career journeys and experiences through a speed mentoring and customized career focused 30 seconds fun game.

We are dedicated to continuously provide young people with employment opportunities through all our offerings. Since the inception of the Greenlight programme, we are able to provide students with the opportunities of becoming student facilitators; providing them with the soft skills and tools needed to thrive in the workplace. In addition to this, we further provide the same pool of students with the opportunity to join the team through a 1-2 year internship in the YAT management team. Our partnership with Emzingo also empowers students from all over the world to provide consulting services to YAT and develop working models that can be implemented in the organization.
These work experience programs give undergraduate students valuable insights as to how businesses work and are of great value as many job requirements involve work experience giving the students a greater chance of finding work in the future.
