Cindy Van Es
I am a Professor of Practice at Cornell University in the United States of America. I teach Introductory and Advanced Business Statistics courses. I also lead a trip to South Africa every other year for undergraduate business students to expose them to impact learning experiences.

I am the regional head of investments at First National Bank. I have worked at FNB for over 7 years. I studied at Wits Business School, where I received my MBA and postgraduate degree in business administration and management.

Tony Ruiters
I’m an entrepreneur, activist and exemplary businessperson.
I have over 25 years of experience, applying my knowledge and understanding of growing and scaling businesses in the investment and asset management industry in Africa. I have a deep knowledge and understanding of venture capital and private equity applying disruptive innovation methods to these asset classes. I have co-founded start-ups in the financial, ICT and energy sectors and scaled them into leaders in their fields. I have served on various boards as Director and Chairperson in both listed and unlisted companies, offering my leadership and go-getter spirit.
